KAT Industries Inc. has experience manufacturing Mud Systems from 200 barrel pre-mixes up to full 2000 barrel large drilling systems. We can use existing designs or fabricate mud systems to your specifications.

Unitize Mud Pumps

When building a new rig, unitizing the mud pumps is a requirement. A wide range of oil drilling contractors including Cactus Drilling has relied on KAT Industries to help them unitize their mud pumps. When unitizing your mud pumps, KAT Industries will also manage the following:

  • Mounting charge pumps
  • All plumbing
  • Mating to drive system (mechanical or electrical)

Mud Pump Upgrades

Do you want to upgrade your mud pumps to electrical power? KAT Industries can fabricate a new mud pump system or modify an an existing mud pump system. In addition, we also source capital items including electric motors and pumps.
